Lost key: $25
Lost remote: $75
Smoking inside unit: $250
Pet in non-pet-friendly unit: $250
Excessive cleaning (due to parties, misuse, or fluids): $250
- A valid credit card is required on file and may be charged for any damages.
- Late Check-Outs: Must be approved by the office and are subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in an additional night’s charge or removal of belongings to the office.
- Early Departures: No refunds will be issued for early check-outs.
- Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own items. Pope’s Landing is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- Lost & Found: Items are held for 14 days. Contact us to arrange pickup or shipping (shipping fees may apply).
- Utilities: No refunds will be given for power or water outages beyond our control.
